Planning To Visit? You're most welcome to visit us, at your convenience; our current hours are posted below If you have a list of special plant material that you want to purchase, it would be a good idea to either FAX (717.246.2170) or email us ahead of time. We can then provide availability and pricing prior to your arrival. It's also a good idea to email or call ahead about our Spring-Summer-Fall Hours. We do occasionally close earlier than 5pm on rainy days. Rather than drive a long distance just to be disappointed because we've closed early, please let us know that you're coming to visit, and we'll be sure to stay open. For those wanting to drive and visit the Garden Center & Nursery, we included some easy-to-follow directions, a map and our hours of operation. It's a big place, so plan to spend some serious time with our rare, unusual and hard-to-find plant material. There are several good, and one very good restaurant nearby, plus some excellent eateries in nearby York, so good food and libation is never a problem. Directions: From the north, take I-83 south to Exit 4 (old Exit 1), Shrewsbury. At the bottom of the off-ramp, turn left at the stop sign on to SR Rt 851 east and go 5 miles to Stewartstown. At the first stop sign, turn left on to SR Rt 24 north and go 5 miles. We're on the right side. From the south, take I-83 north to Exit 4 (old Exit 1), Shrewsbury.
