Garden Stepper Paths
There are some things in any garden, which don't need directional sign posts and mileage charts, and one of them is a Garden Path. Some are for convenience in passing through a lawn area, while others crossover mulched beds with a convenient shortcut. With some luck, it can also lead to another garden area, and perhaps a "special secret garden", hoarding plants heretofore unseen. Whenever I encounter one, I always walk it to its conclusion, and am seldom disappointed, whatever the end result.

Massive flat boulder steppers are half-buried and mulched, after drip irrigation lines are run to all plants. Boulders, Stone Benches and an Alpine Garden Trough complete this customer's front entrance bed.

Yes, I'd follow this path to wherever it leads.

Lots of interesting plants to see, touch and smell along the way, and the perfect sitting boulder make this pathway a "must walk".

A meandering shortcut path from a sunny, warm patio to a cooling and shaded lawn area, is a good investment.

Here's a basic shortcut from the front driveway's garage, around the side lawn, and through a garden bed, to the backyard Flagstone Patio with Boulder Steps entering the garage.

Leading from the backyard patio to a bird-feeding patio area, this path invites a traveller to bring a folding chair and lounge while the birds eat and drink.

A simple garden path bisects a stone slab landing, Market Street®-style brick sidewalk, a miller's wheel step and a Market Street®-style brick patio. What's unseen is the meadow and brook running through it, just to the right of the patio.

A Garden Stepper Path can also be designed for simple purposes, as well: to keep your feet dry and out of the wet grass or muddy areas where runoff is a problem.

A Garden Stepper Path leads from the house's front sidewalk, to a large, double-water garden area, and then up a steep bank's steps, to the front lawn area.

This garden stepper pathway leads to a gazebo, water garden and a religious meditation area. All are special places, indeed, for this customer.
