Pickle's Memorial Page
Since October 1990, when I found an emaciated kitten in big trouble, rescued him, and named him Pickle (ask me), he's been my unquestioning, constant friend and companion at my Garden Center & Nursery, for the past 15 years. He's been a friend and attraction to the thousands of children visiting my GC&N Complex, with their parents. He died just shy of his 15th birthday, and I've put a montage together of Pickle over the past years, for you to enjoy, just below. Pickle is buried at the top of the GC&N's stairs, on the left... please say hi to him, as you pass by... and listen for his purring reply. Just rub your browser; he'll know it's you. Lastly, here's that week's rant-truncated Journal entry about Pickle's history and last day, with me.

Pickle's first mouse.

He loved sleeping in the outdoor display gardens.

He loved curling-up in boxes
on the front counter or on my desk.

He was always alert for critters in the Display Gardens.

You woke me for what reason?

He let you know when he was hungry.
