Our Warranty:
Our Conditional Warranty is one (1) year from date of purchase if you install the plant material; and it is five (5) years if we install the material. All perennials, groundcovers and ornamental grasses carry a basic one (1) year Warranty.
We warranty all plants to be free of defects, disease and insect infestation when purchased from us.
The cultural advice we provide at the time of purchase must be followed for the Warranty to remain in effect. If the plant is lost to any mechanical damage, abuse or neglect (“Acts of Man”), or extreme weather, insect or disease infestation (“Acts of Nature”), we do share your disappointment, but cannot share your loss; the Warranty is void.
We do not Warranty any conditions beyond our direct control. We can only Warranty the plant's condition, when it goes into the ground, and for the five subsequent years, as being free from defects from within the plant. If the plant itself is found to be defective, exclusive of Acts of Man and/or Acts of Nature, we will replace it, no questions asked. If the plant is attacked by disease or insects from the garden environment, which are things beyond our direct control, we cannot warranty those situations, and the 5-Year Warranty is void.
In our 5th-6th years of "The Drought From Hell", York & Lancaster (PA) Counties, and Baltimore & Harford (MD) Counties...
Drip Irrigation is specified into every landscape installation, and without it, we will decline to do the project. The reason for Drip Irrigation is to 1) insure that your investment in the many and varied plant materials isn't compromised, and does survive and prosper, 2) insure that our 5-Year Conditional Warranty isn't compromised by either "Acts of Man" or "Acts of Nature", which are events beyond our direct control, and therefore, outside of the Warranty.
All hardscape products carry their own manufacturer's warranty.
There is no expressed or implied Warranty on any transplanted material.
All Warranty claims require a valid GC&N register receipt, from the date of purchase.
