Consulting Services Each week, I get dozens of requests from homeowners, large and small, for on-site consultation meetings. Each request presents special circumstances and special needs, and I try to accomodate them all. We pride ourselves on the ability to design, plan and implement stunning, architecturally-correct landscapes, suitable for the long term. Residential Consulting. If you decide to have your Landscape Design Plan prepared by our Staff Landscape Designer, we will have him contact you to set-up a preliminary, no-charge appointment, at which time he will determine what you want done, and quote a Design Fee, for that specific work. We do not do free Landscape Design/Plans. We charge a flat $35 fee for the Site Survey, and $55/hr for his design time. If all you require is a Site-Visit Consultation, with a simple, on-the-spot sketch, that fee is also $55/hr. If you approve our Staff Designer's Design/Plan Estimate, he will do a 1st draft, and present it to you, for any further changes you wish to make. After those changes are made, the final draft, a detailed informational packet describing all plant material in your new Landscape Design/Plan, an Invoice for the Design/Plan, and a detailed, Preliminary Installation Estimate, will be mailed to the your residence. Once you've received the Design/Plan, payment for that completed Landscape Design/Plan, is then due and payable. Payment should be mailed to our address on the Invoice. You now own the plan. After you've had a chance to look over the detailed Preliminary Installation Estimate, please contact our Staff Landscape Designer directly, at the number below, to answer any questions and to get on our Work Schedule for this year. If you would like a great way to store your Landscape Design Plan electronically, which will eliminate the physical wear and tear on it, or share a copy via email to family and friends, you may now purchase your Landscape Design Plan in electronic format, Adobe Acrobat Reader. Once you have purchased your Landscape Design Plan, a copy can be emailed to you as a YourName-LSCP.pdf file, for an additional $10. Adobe Acrobat Reader allows you to scroll to different sections of you plan and zoom in to see the incredible detail, on your home computer screen. This additional cost will be invoiced along with the cost of the plan. As soon as payment is received, your pdf file will be emailed to you.
